The Director of Faith Formation and Congregational Life supports the spiritual and pastoral mission of the church by guiding, leading, and connecting the congregation to worship, serve, and learn opportunities at Rainbow and beyond; with special emphasis on younger congregants (birth-college) and their families. Sarah earned her Masters of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary with a focus in Youth and Young Adult ministry. Sarah began working at Rainbow on August 12, 2019.
